ENRUDEC
BACKGROUND:
ENRUDEC is a non-racial, non-religious, non-profit making, non-governmental organization. It is based in Kohalpur, Banke. This organization was registered in Banke, affiliated with social Welfare Council, Kathmandu and NGO federation, NGO Coordination Committee and Human Rights Alliance
ENRUDEC ( Environment and Rural Development Center ) was established in 1997. The Organization was established by former and existing UNV and DDS Volunteer, Human Rights Activists, Social and Voluntary Development Activist, Researchers and Expertise in various field
The organization was selected for the best youth mobilization award by National Planning Council Nepal and United Nation Volunteers Program Nepal for International years of volunteers 2001.
ENRUDEC works for the promotion of Awareness regarding rights and responsibilities while mobilizing volunteers for community service in order to strengthen civil society. ENRUDEC has undertaken programs offering informal education for the disadvantaged, empowerment of the poor and needy through capacity building, human rights awareness campaigns, group formation and volunteer mobilization as well as business awareness orientation and training programs. ENRUDEC operating it's program in Banke, Mugu, Bajura, Dang, Districts. and National and International Contact Office Kathmandu, Nepal
It has been working as Resource organization to support sixteen NGOs in district of Banke.

To work cooperating with the deprived community for their social and educational rights and advocacy in the participatory approach

OBJECTIVES
1. Conduct awareness program on the rights of children, women and youth
2. Biodiversity and environment conservation
3. Rights, education, organization and social mobilization
4. Publicity and promotion activities of agriculture in the community
5. Education and credit mobilization among adolescents
6. Social campaign for good governance and human rights
7. Volunteerism promotion for national and international cooperation and development
8. Support to internal displaced, deprived and natural disaster
9. Youth Mobilization for peace building and human right protection
STRATEGY
1. To facilitate to increase the participation of government, local bodies and civil society
2. To survey, collect data, research and publicize on different issues of Dalits, depressed and
marginal groups
3. To work with those organizations which are ready to with its objectives?
4. To conduct programmers with regard to mobilization of children and youth for sustainable
development and human rights in collaboration with national and international NGO,INGOs,
Projects or Private Sectors, utilizing participatory and partnership approach.
